Rich Munroe is an Air BNB Ambassador, and Community Leader and has over twenty years of experience with acquiring and improving distressed real estate of over four hundred properties. Mr. Munroe is the managing member of Diamond Edge Properties, an Atlanta based real estate investment firm that specializes in the acquisition, management, and hosting of short-term rental propertiesin Georgia and Florida growing a portfolio up to seventy-five properties. Rich also provides coaching and consulting services on short-term rentals with BNB Investing Group.

Mr. Munroe is a frequent speaker at industry events and is also involved with state and federal legislative initiatives and is an active member of the Atlanta Real Estate Investors Alliance (Atlanta REIA) and the Tampa Real Estate Investors Alliance (Tampa REIA).
