Live Webcast: How to Use WordPress to Automate Your Internet Marketing

WordPressAs we all know, Internet Marketing has a lot of moving parts that are always changing from month to month. There is Search Engine Optimization, Search Engine Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Video Marketing, Email Marketing, Viral Marketing and so on… Most small business and real estate investors have a difficult time getting a grasp on Internet Marketing or actually pulling off an effective Internet Marketing plan. Many don’t know where to start. Others start, get quickly overwhelmed and then stop before the leads start rolling in.

The good news is, your local, high-tech Atlanta REIA group is here to help. If you join our group and participate in many of our ongoing real estate and technology training meetings, webcasts and workshops, you will GET IT and will GET IT OVER AND OVER AGAIN. Atlanta REIA is a real estate information, education, networking, marketing and technology immersion program.

If you missed our Atlanta REIA North Meeting last month, Dustin Griffin and website designer and internet marketing expert, Jens Beatty, will be getting together again on Monday, May 9th at 7PM via GoToWebinar to show you how you can use a WordPress Website and Blog to help manage and automate your Internet Marketing Strategy from any virtually any web-ready device such as a PC, notebook, netbook, iPad, Droid, Smart Phone, etc.

Whether you run a real estate investing business or any type of other business, a WordPress website and blog can definitely help improve your credibility, marketing efforts, online presence and lead generation. The best news is, you don’t have to be a techie to use WordPress, but it doesn’t hurt either. We are teaching our Atlanta REIA members and guests how they too can be “High Tech Home Buyers & Sellers” and utilize modern technology to run their businesses more effectively online and offline.

Come join us on the webcast live, and let Dustin and Jens show you how other successful investors and businesses are using WordPress to dominate the search engines, automate their Internet Marketing and generate all the leads they can handle online. Register for the webcast now and get a FREE WordPress Lead Theme just for being on the call.

Buying Pretty Houses “Subject-To” with No Credit and No Money Down

Don DerosaThis month at our Creative Financing Group (CFG) meeting on Wednesday, May 11th at 6:30 PM at Champps in Alpharetta, local and national real estate expert, Don DeRosa, is going to show you how you can buy new, gorgeous houses in nice neighborhoods with little or no money down and none of your own credit. Yes, it’s true!

  • If you’re tired of your current house and want to move, you can trade up to a new gorgeous home and possibly pay less than you are paying on your current mortgage or rental property without going to the bank.
  • If you’re a new investor and don’t have a lot of cash or credit to invest but want to get in the game, you can get started by purchasing newer homes without large sums of money or qualifying for a mortgage.

Yes, this is possible using a very powerful investing technique known as “buying houses subject-to” which is a form of owner financing where you take over, but don’t assume, a seller’s existing debt. At this month’s Creative Financing Group Meeting, Don will teach you:

  • What is “Subject-To” and why you only need small amounts of cash in these deals
  • Why someone would give you their house and let you take over their payments
  • Why the banks won’t call the loan due when they find out you’ve taken over payments
  • How to handle negotiate with the seller and answer any of their questions or concerns
  • How to close a Subject-To transaction and the right paperwork to use
  • How to avoid making payments if the house sits empty
  • and much, much more!

Creative Financing Group (CFG)The Creative Financing Group is a new Atlanta REIA educational and networking subgroup led by Mark Durham that is designed to teach real estate investors Creative Financing Strategies for buying, selling and leasing real estate.
