We had a great May Meeting last night at the W Hotel in Dunwoody. Attendance was high, participation was high and the energy was high! We had a great panel discussion with 3 attorneys (John Maurer, Fred Cross & Doug Shaddix) as well as 1 CPA (Eric Nicoll). They answered many excellent questions from the audience and now serve as a valuable, ongoing source of professional advice for our members and guests.

We also had a really fun “meeting after the meeting” at the Tilted Kilt Perimeter. Attendance was so high, we overwhelmed the wait staff, as we networked late into the night. Many did not leave until they turned the house lights on.

Atlanta REIA is helping make real estate investing fun and profitable once more for both new and seasoned investors. This week is another jam packed week at Atlanta REIA. We have Atlanta REIA West on Monday on Buying Houses As-Is and the new Note Buying Group on Tuesday. We have back-to-back meetings on Thursday at 5 Seasons Brewing… Cash Cows Commercial Group at 11:30, Haves & Wants at 1:30 and Brewery Tour and Beer Tasting at 3:30 PM. Thursday evening we have Cash Flow in Alpharetta and a Business Member Orientation Webcast and will be giving away Vendor Bonuses. Atlanta REIA is going very strong thanks to the new energy, creativity and excitement our founding members, new members and guests have brought our group. We are so blessed and thankful to have such active and loyal members, volunteers and guests supporting our group each and every month making it what it is today.

Attendance is up at all of our many monthly meetings and networking events, quality and quantity is up at all of our workshops and webcasts, while cost is low for our membership dues and training events.

Atlanta REIA Membership starts as low as $100 per year. All of our meetings are free for members and some are free for guests while others are only $5 to $10 per meeting for guests. Our business members only pay $50 extra per year for all the marketing and advertising benefits we offer them over and above their regular member benefits.

We’ve kept our price low and the quality and quantity of our benefits high to encourage your participation and support.
