Monday is our next Atlanta REIA Main Meeting for at the Atlanta Perimeter Hotel & Suites. Our special guest speaker will be Bob Massey who will be teaching us how to get and close more short sale deals using the assistance of Realtors along with professional short sale negotiators. We also have two Training Opportunity Webcasts this week, one on negotiating and one on Internet Marketing. The Creative Financing Group and the Havens & Wants Meeting takes place this week as well.

Learn How to Get Your Lease-Options
& Lease-Purchases Sold!
This month at our Creative Financing Group meeting on Wednesday, September 14th at 6:30 PM, mortgage expert Jim Duffy (frequently heard on John Adams real estate investment radio show) will teach you how to get your Lease Purchases and Lease Options sold.
Remember what Mark Durham taught you about selling Lease Purchase/Options… If you want to actually get your properties sold, (1) you need to have a good mortgage person qualify you’re tenant/buyer prospects up front so you’ll know if they will be able to get approved for a mortgage in the near future and (2) you need to have a good mortgage person work with you’re tenant /buyers throughout the lease term to make sure they actually do get approved for a mortgage. At this month’s Creative Financing Group meeting, Jim will teach you how to screen tenant/buyers and work with them to make sure they get approved for a mortgage so they can cash you out.
The Creative Financing Group is an Atlanta REIA educational and networking subgroup led by Mark Durham that is designed to teach real estate investors Creative Financing Strategies for buying, selling and leasing real estate. The group meets on the 2nd Wednesday of each month at Champps Americana located at 7955 North Point Parkway in Alpharetta, GA.
