Doug Shaddix

Doug ShaddixDoug Shaddix grew up in the Atlanta area and graduated from Georgia State University in 1978.  With a degree in Political Science, he worked for a congressman while attending law school until the election of President Ronald Reagan.  Putting his law degree on hold, he moved to Washington, D.C. for eight years where he worked in International Trade at the Department of Commerce.  After serving in the Reagan Administration, and other political and public policy positions, he returned to Atlanta and to law school where he graduated Cum Laude.

Having spent several years with the Atlanta-based law firm of King & Spalding, he left to practice law on his own in the area of asset protection and estate planning.  His firm, Wealth Preservation Solutions, LLC, specializes in setting up corporations and limited liability companies, as well as a variety of trusts such as Revocable Living Trusts, Land Trusts, Charitable Remainder Trusts, Personal Property Trusts, Special Needs Trusts, Asset Management Trusts, ILITs, and other estate planning needs for his clients. Fred Kross

Tom Boyer

Tom Boyer aka Cash Flow TomAffectionately known as “Cash Flow Tom” by investors, Tom Boyer grew up in data communications sales and accidentally fell into real estate when moving to a new house and keeping the old one as a rental in 1989.  He tried his hand at many facets of real estate to find what best suited him: foreclosures, pre-foreclosures, rehab to retail, birddog, options, wholesaling, quick-turn, land lording and finally notes.  By trading in his hammer for a calculator he can now nail a deal without getting dirty, and loves it!  He has studied under both local and national note professionals.  Tom has used seller finance structuring for assemblages, commercial and residential real estate transactions.  He offers a private note structuring service to buyers and sellers. At that time she was born her family lived in a one room house with no indoor plumbing. From her humble beginnings, she broke the mold. Steve Brown

His very first deal was with the Coca Cola Company on the lease of a large commercial building that he was rehabbing and planning to turn into a self storage facility.
