So You Want To Be A Wholesaler? Bring Your Deals on March 18th!

If you want to be a Wholesaler, you need to come to the Atlanta REIA North Meeting on Wednesday, March 18th from 6:30PM to 9:00PM at 1960 Skylar Hill Dr, Suite D, Buford, Georgia as Frank Iglesias, an experienced Wholesaler, will be showing how to analyze wholesale deals and determine if you have a deal or a dud. Frank will take us through the process of deciding if a deal makes dollars and sense. If you bring bad deals to cash buyers more than a time or two, they are not likely to take you seriously nor consider your deals in the future.

Frank leads the Atlanta Area Wholesalers Group that meets on the 3rd Tuesday of each month and often will spend an entire evening analyzing potential wholesale deals. This month at the Atlanta REIA North meeting we’re going to do the same thing, so BRING YOUR DEALS!!!
