Hiya Sharon… I like your style….
What books etc. can I get of yours ?
I’m an older investor…
Used to own 100 houses in the nearby town
Now I’m “down” to just 3.
I need to “re-start the engine”
Primarily to help my 3 adult kids’ who are “going around in circles”

Getting “back into the game” after
a long break can be scary and confusing
but at the same time it’s a huge plus
since you “have already done it”, and
it gives you some added value and
Probably much better Perspective that
New investors cannot have,
I.e., you would NOT freak out about 90%
of the things that would scare a new investor,
especially for the first come across them.
Take a few months, ( you might need much less)
Try to look at your unique situation (that you have much
Experience but haven’t been in for a while) and imagine
It as if you were a city planner for an exsistung city
who need to decide which parts of the city you want
to highly preserve and which parts aren’t worth saving and
new buildings should be build instead….
I hope that helps.
Feel free to reach out and schedule
a mentoring session at your convenience.
