Learn to Run Your Real Estate Like a Business and Not a Hobby
Posted on February 10, 2015 byDo You Run Your Real Estate Like a Hobby or a Business?
with Frank Iglesias on February 18th
Is Real Estate Investing your “Hobby” or is it your “Business”? For many investors their business model looks more like a hobby then a business. They find a deal, go through the process of fixing it, marketing it and selling it. They take some time off and then repeat the process. They start at ground zero on each transaction and have to build up momentum each time they do this. It’s not efficient. There is a better way and Frank Iglesias will be discussing how to create a more efficient model at the Atlanta REIA North Meeting on Wednesday, February 18th from 6:30PM to 9:00PM at 1960 Skylar Hill Dr, Suite D, Buford, Georgia.
Here’s a little of what Frank will discuss at the meeting:
- Determining your business model
- Handling the misconceptions about real estate automation, virtual assistants and time and effort involved
- Laying a foundation for your business for the long haul
- Developing a Strategy to Implement your Plan
- Determining Assets to implement your plan
- Identifying others who can help
- Automating your processes
- And much, much more!
