This month on Thursday, August 27th at 11:30AM at the 5 Seasons Brewing located at 5600 Roswell Rd we will be discussing how to analyze and value distressed assets vs. performing assets. We will cover all the math that you need to know to make an educated decision on an apartment deal. It’s all about the numbers and if you don’t know the numbers, you can’t tell if something is a good deal or not. We will also discuss the Atlanta market and how the area affects the deal analysis. Join us on Thursday, August 27th at 11:30AM and we will “show you the numbers.”
