Mark Durham

In 1980, Mark turned his lifelong love of tennis into a career and became a USPTA Certified Tennis Professional. He moved to Florida to start his tennis career.
Mark became interested in real estate in 1982, and began studying and investing in real estate at the same time he was advancing his tennis career.
Mark moved back to Georgia in 1986 and opened Tennis Atlanta, a company that provides tennis services to private and public tennis facilities. He continued to study and invest in real estate while running Tennis Atlanta.
Mark ended his involvement in the daily operation of his tennis business in 2001 to devote all of his time to his real estate business. He has remained an active, full-time real estate investor to this day.
Mark has been involved in many different types of real estate transactions, including Wholesaling, Retailing, Renovations, Lease Options, Lease Purchase, Rentals, Owner Financing, Sub2, REO’s, Short Sales, Foreclosure Auctions, Hard Money, Private Money, Self-Directed IRA’s, Notes, Partnerships, etc. Mark has also been a Mortgage Loan Officer.
Over the years, Mark has become a successful real estate investor, proficient in many real estate investing strategies, especially strategies using creative financing. His goal in every transaction is to create a profit, using none of his own money, with little or no risk, creating a win-win situation for both the buyer and the seller.
Mark also offers Consulting, Coaching and Mentoring services, as well as offering Property Finder and Partner Programs for real estate investors through one of his companies, REI Services. Mark is also a past leader of the Atlanta REIA Creative Financing Group.
