Hello everyone,

To those of you who were on my Creative Deal Structuring Online Workshop on Saturday, August 26th, I would like to explain why I didn’t deliver as much as was promised doing creative seller financing deals… on Friday afternoon on August 25th I tested positive for Covid. I didn’t feel bad Friday, just a few minor sniffles. When I woke up Saturday morning, I still didn’t feel too bad, so I decided to do the zoom workshop with you as planned and didn’t tell anyone about my illness.

On Saturday morning, during 15-minute break I started sweating profusely and my nose started running like a garden hose, that is why I didn’t turn on my camera. After the break, I also started sneezing and coughing. Maybe you noticed me taking pauses turning off my microphone several times so I could either sneeze or cough.

At lunch time I said I needed to eat, that was not true… I needed to lay down and rest. When it was time to start again after lunch, I was then sick enough to realize I didn’t have the strength to complete the full day. That is why I ended at 2:30.

I have asked Chrissy and Dustin to forward this apology message to ask you to give me another chance to deliver what I had promised. 2. Register for the Workshop on Zoom Webinar at http://Treia.us/CDSZ. Once you have registered on Zoom, Chrissy will check your payment status and send you the Zoom Confirmation Link you need via email so that you can log on to the event on Saturday morning.
