An Atlanta native, Mr. Barry Bramlett is President and CEO of Equity Depot LLC, a private company based in Kennesaw, GA. Equity Depot aggregates and provides research data from a broad range of public notice, courthouse records, property data and owner information. From this data custom applications are created for the real estate, lending, legal and default servicing communities.
Equity Depot LLC has provided foreclosure data and research along with a broad range of customized business applications since 1987. Originally founded by Mr. Bramlett as The Atlanta Foreclosure Report, Equity Depot is widely recognized as the most complete and accurate resource for pending foreclosure data in Georgia. Equity Depot LLC also developed LoanGuard, a state of the art service that provides automated alerts to lenders and title companies when foreclosure activity jeopardizes their interest. In addition, Equity Depot develops customized applications, including document retrieval, public notice aggregation, quality control procedures and error reconciliation for the largest default servicing firms in Georgia.
Mr. Bramlett graduated from Sylvan Hills High School in 1973 and later attended Georgia Institute of Technology. Happily married to his wife Kathy for 33 years, Mr. Bramlett is the proud father of 3; Lauren, age 26, Aaron, age 23 and Abby, age 20.
On August 2, 2010, Bary spoke at the Atlanta Real Estate Investor’s Monthly Meeting on the state of the Atlanta foreclosure market and fielded dozens of questions from our attendees.
