John I am seeking a lawyer who can and will assist me and my private lender in our deal. I am offering 20% on all deals and I want to make sure I have a contract that will ensure my lenders are protected and me as well. Mainly, what I am saying is that I have a private lender on my team and I want to do every thing right. Can you assist.
