Gordon Catts will be hosting our first meeting and will be talking about all the new changes the Georgia Superior Court Clerk Cooperative (GSCCCA) has made to their website. Now it is possible to sort by deed type (Looking for private lenders?), view a map of sales at street level (Pulling comps?), sort transactions by date (Want to get a snapshot of the market on a county level?), look up sales information by address (What did the seller pay for the property?) and view a history of the property transactions linked by date (Want to know the sales history?).
