On February 19th, 2011 from 10 AM to 5 PM, Gordon Catts and Dustin Griffin, will be teaching our first Atlanta REIA “How to Build a Buyers List Workshop” at 1960 Skylar Hill Dr, Suite D, in Buford, GA.
In the highly competitive real estate market we operate in today, it is foolish to wait until you have a property and then try to generate a buyer specific for that property. There has to be a better way!
Generate a list of buyers that you can plug into properties as they become available. If you are in the business of being an investor, it makes sense to create and manage a strong buyers list. It’s much more efficient and will help you make wiser and more profitable real estate investment decisions.

Posted on January 20, 2011 byThe Atlanta REIA West Monthly Meeting is an Atlanta REIA Subchapter led by Gordon Catts and Darlene Coquerel that is held on the 4th Monday of each month at 6:30 PM at the Golden Corral Buffet & Grill located at 700 Ernest W Barrett Pkwy NW, Kennesaw, GA. Atlanta REIA Members can attend for FREE and Guests and Non-Members can Register for $15 Online or pay $20 at the door. Dinner is NOT included in this guest fee.
Show up at 6:30 PM to eat and network before the meeting officially starts at 7:00 PM. Buying your own meal is optional but highly recommended and greatly appreciated since the Cherokee Cattle Company allows us to use their meeting room. Happy New Year & Thank You For Attending Our New Year Meeting and VIP Party
Posted on January 5, 2011 byHappy New Year Everyone! Wow, what a great New Year Meeting and VIP Party we had on Monday. It was definitely our BIGGEST & BEST meeting yet!
Our first Haves and Wants Speed Marketing Session was a huge success! Guests and members alike really enjoyed taking the stage and telling our group all about their deals for sales, their businesses and any other haves and wants they had. Thank you Joe Thompson for hosting the session and all of those of you who participated. We will be posting the video of the Haves and Wants Speed Marketing Session on the website later this week.
We were also blessed to have real investing master, Ron LeGrand, spend nearly 2 1/2 hours teaching us “The 7 Top Requirements For You To Prosper As A Real Estate Investor”, answering questions from the audience and networking with members and guest during the New Year VIP Party. Ron gave away some really great bonus training material for all those who attended and especially to those who signed up for his Fast Track to Wealth Training that takes place in Atlanta on January 15th.
