Fred Kross

Fred KrossFred Kross attended under graduate school and Georgia State University and graduated with a BA degree in real estate.  Fred attended the Georgia State School of Law earning his law degree in 1993.   Upon graduating from law school, Fred worked in his family’s business as a real estate appraiser and gained experience in appraising commercial and residential properties.   In addition, Fred was a licensed real estate agent with ERA Allpoints Realty and member of the million dollar club for several consecutive years in the late mid 90’s.

In 1998 Fred Kross became an associate with the law firm of Cohn & Turpen and concentrated primarily in residential and commercial real estate closings.    From 2001-2006, Fred was an associate with the law firm of Kenney, Solomon and Medina where he practiced real estate law as well as  bankruptcy (representing creditors).

In 2006, he decided to open up his own firm and has been concentrating on real estate closings (residential and commercial, short sales, reo sales, investor transactions, owner financing), foreclosures, contracts, probate, and consumer bankruptcy (Chapter 7 and Chapter 13).

Fred has closed over 1000 real estate transactions over the years and handled numerous bankruptcies.   His past experience as an appraiser and real estate agent has been a valuable asset in his legal career.
