This group is all about making deals happen at the meeting which means Buying, Selling and Trading Wholesale Deals and Creative Real Estate Deals before, during and after the meeting!

Each month we will have a 3-5 person panel who will quickly pre-screen your deals and decide if they want to buy them from you on the spot. If someone on the panel wants your deal, you can have it under contract before you leave the meeting. If everyone on the panel passes on your deal, you can make it available to the entire audience. If we don’t have time to present your deal to the panel and the audience, after the meeting is over there will be plenty of time to network with other buyers and sellers and share your deals.

Roger BlankenshipRoger Blankenship devoted the fist twenty five years of his career to the non-profit sector. He rose to national leadership roles with a multi-national non-profit and eventually served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for U.S Operations. His original role was to provide consulting leadership to form educational non-profit centers across the country. Roger consulted with hundreds of communities nationwide and saw the establishment of more than 200 local centers. When he became CFO Roger guided the company through cost-cutting and revenue enhancement measures, bringing the organization back from years of cash flow struggles to positive cash flow in just eighteen months.

Roger’s real estate career began part time in 2002 and he went full-time in 2006. Since then he has personally rehabbed and flipped hundreds of homes across Georgia and into South Carolina. He now provides real estate training and consultation and provides private money loans to other real estate investors. Roger is married to Dianna who he refers to as “the best investment I’ve ever made.” They have five grown children.

Jack KudronI’m originally from Massachusetts and moved to South Florida when I was 19.  I worked full time while putting myself through college, graduating from Florida Atlantic University with a degree in Marketing.

I’ve been investing in real estate for the past 30 years.  I started at the age of 21 with a 1/3 investment in a house in South Florida. We sold the house and split the $21,000 profit 3 ways, each receiving $7,000.

I then started buying properties on my own. I couldn’t afford a lot back then, so I moved into them, sleeping on the floors and using a cooler as my refrigerator.  I sold one house at a time, increasing my net worth over time.

Beginning in 1986, I moved 8 times within a 6-month period, selling the homes while I lived in them, until I could finally afford to buy a condo on the beach.  Read More→
